Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Customers must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
In the same condition that you received it
With original tags and packaging where applicable
Not damaged, washed, altered, or used
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at outlyvo@gmail.com with:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the order, without giving a reason.
This right may not apply to certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening or use, or to items that have been clearly personalized or customized for the customer.
